Slowly but surely, it seems we are catching a glimpse of an improving housing market. As, homebuilders we have seen signs indicating that things are changing. We may not be getting tons of people walking through the door but we are seeing more response from what we consider serious buyers.
As per finance professionals, what is preventing a larger turn in the housing market is the job market. Unemployment has reached all time highs and that can reduce people’s confidence in the future and as such they are more reluctant to buy a home.
