Take Fort Lauderdale for instance, high rises once filled with vacant offices (a sure sign of a slowing economy) are slowly filling. This is a good sign! It means that unemployment rates are improving and businesses are taking the steps to make their way back from the economic slump.
We're already seeing an increase in the housing markets and I think that clearer skies are soon coming.
