Construction rose at the year’s end by roughly 4 percent across the US according to an article published in the Sun Sentinel. The largest increase in housing starts was seen in the single-family home versus the multi-family home in which construction decreased.
In 2011 we should see some local builders rolling out their plans for new developments while others continue to shy away from the industry.
