Lennar recently bought a 120-acre vacant site on the north side of Parkland Golf & Country Club, making them the third national builder to recently come to Parkland.
This is good news for Parkland, but it is not surprising. Parkland is a very desirable and much sought after city for its prestige and upscale lifestyle. As a result, it is a place that builders naturally gravitate to.
There has been very positive building activity in Parkland, FL lately. The city of Parkland has recently approved projects for WCI Communities, Toll Brothers and now Lennar. Despite the slow down in construction, Parkland is getting much deserved builder attention.
